3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Free Plan

The Free plan includes limited audits per month and basic features. Free plan users are subject to quota limitations as displayed in the dashboard.

4.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions (Starter, Professional, Agency) are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Scrape or collect data from our Service without permission
  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

You retain ownership of any content you submit for analysis. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to access and analyze URLs you submit solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service analyzes third-party websites at your request. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You acknowledge that you have the necessary rights or permissions to analyze any URLs you submit.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SEO RECOMMENDATIONS ARE SUGGESTIONS ONLY AND DO NOT GUARANTEE IMPROVED SEARCH ENGINE RANKINGS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIO SEO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AIO SEO and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
